Refunds and Exchanges
Poplar Union do not have a refund policy on ticket sales unless the event is cancelled by Poplar Union. In this case, a full refund will be given.
Poplar Union uses Spektrix to handle all of our ticketed events.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Electron and Maestro. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express. There is currently no booking fee.
If you wish to purchase tickets through our box office, please call 020 3039 3333 between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please do not email or post credit card details to us.
Students, people who are registered as disabled, people who are on unemployment benefits and seniors (over 65) will be offered a concessionary rate on some events. Proof of concessionary status is required.
All events for seniors (aged 65+), students in full-time education and people registered as disabled are already subsidised and therefore concessions will not be available on these events.
Some of our events have age recommendations. Children under 16 will only be admitted to events with adequate adult supervision, unless otherwise stated. All under-18s must be accompanied by an adult for our events in the evening.
Poplar Union reserves the right to refuse entry if it is deemed appropriate and no proof of age is given upon entering the venue.
We do not have physical tickets at Poplar Union. All tickets are e-tickets and emailed to you after purchasing. Please print/display e-tickets and show at Box Office on arrival.
All seating is unreserved unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are available online until 1 hour before the event starts. Additional tickets will be available on the door before the start time, unless the show is sold out.
Event information and times are listed on the website and individual event listings.
The doors will open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event.
Latecomers may not always be permitted. In the case latecomers are permitted, the duty manager will admit latecomers where possible and at their discretion.
Change of Programme/Event
In the event there is a major change to your booked performance, we will contact you by email and/or telephone.
We currently do not offer gift vouchers; this will be reviewed in the future. Please contact email@example.com if you wish to discuss a special request.
We regularly run online competitions on our social media platforms (Twitter/Facebook/Instagram). If you are selected as a winner, you will be contacted and sent a voucher stating the offer. The offer will be valid for a set time period.
