Drama Club – with Iwona Marciniak and Iain Gale
Due to popular demand, we’re delighted to bring our drama club back.
A note from our drama club leaders:
Iain
I am an experienced facilitator and leader who loves taking groups on magical and beneficial journeys together.
As a language enthusiast and teacher of English as a Second Language, I take pride in creating fun and meaningful activities for children to help them develop and grow.
I’m a mindfulness facilitator and practitioner, poet, writer and amateur performer. I was part of drama clubs and classes as a youth and have stayed engaged with theatre over the years in various ways.
I look forward to welcoming you to the club!
Iwona
Iwona is an actor, musician, and facilitator originally from Poland. She trained as an actor and classical musician, with the violin being her first instrument. Therefore, her teaching work is hugely based on movement and musicality.
She is passionate about diversity in the arts and believes that every voice is as equally important and should be represented across the industry.
Iwona previously worked in the Berlin-based theatre Ensemble and is currently a resident artist at The Polish Theatre POSK in London. It is important for her that her student take pride in their roots and heritage and that their voices are heard.
