Kim Waxham

“The Others”

Screening on Sunday 2 May | 10am | Finborough Theatre’s YouTube

As we celebrate the centenary of The Poplar Rates Rebellion, Kim is remembering all 30 of the Council members imprisoned for defying the government. Her Great Grandad, Robert John Hopwood, being one of them.

She hopes that anyone who has a bit of information or a photo will add it to a dedicated Facebook group so we can fill in the blanks and ensure they are all remembered in the future.

To add a photo, see The Poplar Rates Rebellion “The Others” | Facebook
