Come and discover a family friendly, socially distanced afternoon of comedians and magicians to delight and amaze! In the debut of a brand-new venue The Wardrobe, a tiny west-end theatre built inside a real-life bedroom wardrobe, The Open Doors Cabaret aims to provide free entertainment for everyone and anyone!

Featuring the talents of ‘truly hysterical’ (Radio Ha!Ha!) internationally renowned clown trio Privates, stilt walker extraordinaire and elegant unicyclist Ella The Great and magical Drag Thing and Queer Story Teller Leah Kirby.

LEAH KIRBY

Leah is an Actor, Writer, Drag Thing/ King and Activist. Their work centres black trans narratives and they create theatre that incites change and incorporates non-western techniques. To explore social economic and political issues through a non-traditional format. They are also known as Drag artist CYRO. CYRO is a Queer, Non-Binary, DRAG THING! Bringing strength, beauty and awareness to the stage.

This event will take place outside on the Poplar Union patio. If we get bad weather on the day, we will move the event indoors so we have capped the audience to 20 people per show. If the event can take place outside, you may be able to watch from the park but will need to book a ticket for a seated spot near the stage.
