Tagore: The Spirit of Infinite Love

Anandadhara Arts celebrates the Birthday of Noble Laureate Rabindranath Tagore. It will give beautiful glimpses of the colourful creation of the versatile genius.

Eminent Tagore singer, Dr Imtiaz Ahmed, will be joined by poet, John Baker, in recitation during the first part with songs of love.

Renowned Kathak Dancer, Indrani Dutta, will be performing her own interpretation of Tagore’s famous dance drama, ‘Chitrangada’.

The programme will also feature recitation by distinguished spoken word artists Samar Saha, Sinthia Das and Yasmin Mahmood.

In the final session, Dr Ahmed will be joined by celebrated guitar player, Mikey Cuthbert, with his improvisation with Tagore Songs depicting the beauty of six seasons of Bengal.
