Community Utopia Photography Workshop

Join us in a photography workshop, where we will collaborate to produce an inspiring project exploring the challenges of increasing living expenses and showcasing the innovative solutions used by our community to overcome them. Our first session is scheduled at Poplar Union, after which we’ll venture into various areas of East London. The project is supported by the Lottery Community Fund.

My photographs have been published in The Guardian, the BBC, Geographical, and in 2020 was shortlisted for The Wellcome Photography Prize. As a photographer who is passionate about human resilience and compassion, I’m helping find solutions through photography workshops using this medium to explore the poetry of daily life and to challenge our fears and anxieties.”
