Pilates is an all over body workout with a specific focus on the core and spinal health. The lesson involves standing sequences for balance and posture, we then move to the mat for a series of sequences targeting the abdominals, spinal stability and gluteal strength. We end the class with a deep relaxing stretch and some breath work.

Kate has been working in the Fitness industry for over 12 years. She has worked in boutique studios and a number of community environments. She has a breadth of experience from Pilates, Reformer, Barre, Ballet, HIIT, Indoor cycling, Belly Dance and Boxfit. Also, she has experience with specialist populations such as pre/post natal and shoulder rehab.
