GKP is one-half of Team-Salut (Mista Wood and GKP), a self-taught multi-instrumentalists duo who met in London and merged their roots from the West Coast of Africa (Ghana and Sierra Leone).

The name may not mean much to you, but you have certainly already listened to some of the music co-produced by GKP, from the likes of “Dance For Me”, a collaboration between Ghanaian Eugy and Nigerian Mr. Eazi, an international success released in 2016, down to the world smash hit “Drogba (Joanna)” by Afro B.

GKP’s love for Sierra Leone has seen him building relationship and partnering with many grassroots artist, most notable of which is Yung Sal the Bhadman. He’s one of the regular international DJ’s at Sierra Leone biggest annual festival, Madengn festival so you can expect a wide cultural mix of Sierra Leone’s diverse musical timeline.
