Let’s Get Wild: Nature & Herbal Tea Walk
Explore nature, discover home-grown remedies and enjoy a traditional herbal tea talk by the water.
Reconnect with nature and discover the traditional knowledge that has been passed down through generations.
Join us for a gentle guided walk as we explore the natural world around our waterways and learn about herbs, plants and natural remedies that can be grown and used at home. Along the way, we’ll uncover some of the ways people have worked with nature to support wellbeing and everyday living.
After the walk, relax with a traditional herbal tea and take part in an engaging talk about the properties and uses of common herbs. This friendly session is suitable for all ages and offers a chance to slow down, enjoy the outdoors and learn something new.
Whether you’re curious about nature, interested in growing your own herbs, or simply looking for a peaceful way to spend time outdoors, this welcoming event is a great opportunity to connect with nature and your local waterways.
