World Women’s Day: Equity?

A photography workshop exploring femininity and all things associated with being a woman. You will look at the work of female photographers and develop your photography knowledge by the practice of creating images that document the lives of women in the community. Learn new skills and explore storytelling through the lens of a camera.

Run by photographer Sylvie Belbouab, a Muslim woman who has spent more than 20 years in East London, capturing events, activities and portraits of various women in the community. You can see her documentary work to support people to use the medium as a form of expression and improve well-being here
