What's On

Body Bounce

Have you ever felt like just letting loose and having a good shake and boogie but on your own in the kitchen isn’t quite cutting it?
Dancing is good for your body and your soul, but where do you go if you don’t want to go out to a class, club or a gig?
Bounce provides a safe space for free movement and dance that isn’t a class with a routine to learn or intimidating dancers who know all the steps.
With a light meditation warm up and cool down by wellness coach Hawa Power and high energy rhythms and beats selected by DJ Princess Lea, you will feel highly energised, connected and fit at the end of the session.
Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome, from all backgrounds and cultures. This is a safe space to express yourself. Music will be specifically selected and non-offensive. Women only, let your hair down.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and we will be bare foot unless you need shoes for medical reasons. This isn’t a class but for everyone to get the most out of the session please arrive on time for the warm up.

Princess Lea

Princess Lea has been spinning records since the late 90’s and her style has developed into what she calls ‘bounce’ music combining big baselines, jumpy house music and world rhythms to create a unique sound that will get you bouncing. She has played in countless clubs and festivals all across Europe and is always guaranteed to get the people moving. She no longer plays the club circuit and is now a keen purveyor of daytime movement without having to wait until 2am for the best sounds!
