You Are Here Poplar

You  Are Here is a series of soundscapes that were created by southwest artist, Hugh McCann. The recordings comprise of  conversations with residents and  communities and field recordings made in the area.

You Are Here Poplar  was recorded in the summer of 2018 at Poplar Union with support from  Arts Council England.

Hear the sounds and voices of Poplar woven together in a slow and gentle soundscape that explores the area.
