Sadler’s Wells Family freestyle at Poplar Union

Sadler’s Wells is one of the world’s leading dance organisations that strives to make and share dance that inspires all.
Sadler’s Wells has three theatres, Sadler’s Wells Theatre and Lilian Baylis Studio in Angel, and Peacock Theatre in Holborn. In 2024, we are opening a fourth venue in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. As we expand to East London with the upcoming opening of our new building in Stratford, we are looking to reach out to local communities to get everyone dancing.

Family Freestyle

Family Freestyle is a dance workshop for children aged between 2- 4 years and their carers to dance, move play and create together for 45 minutes. These sessions will be facilitated by our freelance dance artists and will offer an insight into the Sadler’s Wells Programme through a range of dance styles and themes that will allow your young one to develop essential skills through movement.
Session will take place on the first and third Friday of the month between September and December 2023.
Suitable for all abilities.
