Plastic Weaving Workshop with Sunny Jar

Join Sunny Jar Eco Hub for our POP-Goes Green season and make a communal weaved plastic wall hanging!

What to expect

Learn about how our plastic consumption impacts our planet and our health by creating colourful wall hanging artwork by weaving plastic bags and other upcycled materials onto a handmade cardboard loom. A fun and educational workshop to get the whole family crafting together.

All materials are provided but if you have any clean, soft plastic such as plastic bags and crisp packets, please bring along. Also any old fabric or clothes and any large pieces of cardboard to make the looms.
