What to expect

Flotsam Sessions & Govend London welcome you to an afternoon of music and dance workshops to learn traditional Kurdish rhythm. The workshops will be followed by an evening of dancing with a chance to perform what you’ve learned in the workshops and join in on social dances from all over the world. The evening will be an opportunity to dance the night away and make new friends… all accompanied by a live band! All levels, ages and backgrounds welcome with no experience necessary!

Times

Music workshop: 2pm – 5pm (free, booking essential)

Dance workshop: 4pm – 6pm (free, booking essential)

Performance: 7pm – 11pm (£5 per person)
