Journalling Together: Write your way to Self-discovery and Personal Growth
Our monthly journalling sessions provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences together through the act of journaling.
These workshops are designed to help participants develop a regular journalling practice and reap the many benefits that come with it.
Through various prompts and exercises, participants will explore the ups and downs of life’s journey and discover the beauty in each step of the way. Guided by Henrietta Cyrille, participants will learn to embrace challenges, review past issues and successes, celebrate accomplishments, and set new goals for the future.
By participating in this event, you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals; build a journalling community and help you cultivate a positive mind-set, develop resilience, reduce stress and find joy in the present moment.
Each session lasts for approx. 60mins and is held monthly, focusing on different themes related to growth, self-awareness and mindfulness.
