What's On

How do we go about our health and wellbeing?

Have you tried to implement a healthy habit and failed? Perhaps you started walking more, but then stopped? Or perhaps you wanted to sleep more and better but failed and woke up more tired than when you went to bed? And then, as if this wasn’t enough, have you ended up blaming yourself for not being able to maintain changes in time? Is it truly only your responsibility? And if so, are there tools that you can make use of in order to implement more sustainable health-related changes in your daily life? How do you think of your health and wellbeing? In this workshop, we will simply have a conversation about your take on things, your experience with health-related changes, as well as your thoughts on health and wellbeing. Additionally, we will talk a bit about what we know so far about physical activity, sleep, and wellbeing more broadly
