Evening Meditation with an invitation for Deep Rest

This 40-minute deep rest meditation will guide you through a body scan with gentle music interspersed. You will be invited to lie down if this is comfortable for you. You are encouraged to bring a blanket.  

The deep rest meditation with music will be facilitated by our mindfulness practitioner and facilitator, Martha Wright. Martha has been practicing and facilitating mindfulness events with the global Wake Up and Plum Village community since 2016 when she started a charity to share mindfulness with schools (www.mindfulmusic.london). As well as regular weeklong retreats, she spent four months living and practicing in the French Plum Village monastery in 2018, then a year as a residential volunteer facilitating retreats for Sharpham Trust in Devon.
