Cooking at Home for a Healthy Mind & Body with Micki Ramondt
Let’s take responsibility for our health using food this February with an interaction online food workshop with nutrition therapist, Micki Ramondt.
What to expect
Together you’ll prepare one drink and two dishes, whilst talking about what supports our bodies and why. You’ll look at anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatories, the importance of vitamin D and fermented foods. All the while making some beautiful dishes that taste delicious. Healthy body and gut equals healthy mind. All welcome as this will be pescatarian or veggie/vegan friendly but if you have a dietary requirement you’d like to make Micki aware of before the session, please get in touch – info@poplarunion.
