Vicky will be running a lunchtime Pilates class every Thursday from the 25 June via our Instagram Live!

Join Vicky every Thursday at 12.30pm on our Instagram Live for a 30 minute Pilates class.

Pilates is a great workout for everyone and will keep you strong and in balance, improving mobility and strength and preventing injuries. Being Stott trained Vicky’s classes have a strong focus on alignment and using corrective techniques to give you a new understanding of your body and its capabilities. These short, lunch-time classes are varied and upbeat, keeping you interested and challenged. No equipment is required, all you need is yourself and a mat so give it a go, you won’t regret it!

About Vicky Busby 

My passion for fitness started at a very young age with dance being my main area of focus. I have now been a personal trainer and Pilates instructor alongside working as a professional dancer for over 10 years and worked with a wide range of clients helping them to achieve a variety of different goals. My intentions are to encourage my class participants to be the best version of themselves and to reach their goals in a fun and challenging way.
