Zong Zing Allstars – Incredible 7 piece Congolese band, making music to move your mind and body to! Infectious and energetic, their ‘soukous’ music is a blend of vocal harmonies, guitar picking, and dynamic rhythms. Free your ass and your mind will follow!

The Channel One Band – Legendary South London reggae crew and stars of every Mindful Mess so far! Emerging from the user led mental health and arts charity Sound Minds community, they play blend of old school classics and self penned material. Plus a screening of a beautiful short film about them, ‘The Day we Walked on the Moon’

Acclaimed MC and poet Adam Kammerling, performing excerpts from his recent piece ‘Shall We Take This Outside’, exploring the effect of hero behaviour on real-world attitudes to violence.

Adam Kammerling fuses his UK Slam Winning style to productions ranging from dusty hip-hop to sparse, dub-influenced future-rap. Drawing on personal experiences and the savage state of the current affairs, Adam bridges the chasmic gap between spoken word and electronic music…

Artist showcase from Key Changes – an award-winning music engagement & recovery service for people experiencing mental health problems.
