Sunday Assembly East End:
Motherhood

Join Sunday Assembly East End for a special meet up focused around gender and equality for our Women in Focus Festival.
This Assembly falls on Mothers Day, so what better opportunity to explore the joys and challenges of motherhood, and honour mums everywhere!
We’ll be joined by actor, writer, campaigner, pro boxer and proud mum, Libby Liburd, creator of MUVVAHOOD, a one woman show about the realities of being a single mother. She’ll be giving us her perspective on modern motherhood, and how we can all better support single mums.
Plus live band singalongs, poetry, shared wisdom, guided conversation, and instant coffee… the fuel of community!
*** Assemblies are free to attend and run entirely on donations. Please bring cash and support us if you can to keep it free for those who can’t ***
