Reflect on the past year, set an intention and manifest it into the new year. Prepare for some yoga flows.
What to expect
Spend the first half of the session reflecting on the past year(s). Reminding ourselves of the things that we are grateful for as well as identifying habits and thought patterns we would like to change in the coming year. Together you’ll move through these spaces and journal along the way.
The second half will be about setting an intention and how you can establish a path to manifest these intentions into the new year. Prepare yourself to move through some yoga flows to allow those intentions to become seeded into your mind, body and spirit.
