Our Parks – Pilates

Strengthen the connection between the mind and the body, whatever your age, body shape or fitness. Pilates encourages a stronger, healthier back, better posture, flatter tummy and a more toned, mobile and flexible body. It’s a great form of exercise for general fitness and wellbeing.

No need to book online, just pay on the door!

Bring trainers, comfortable clothing and water. Changing rooms and showers are available to use. Please note, this is a mixed class.
