Stress relief in less than 10 minutes!

A five-week course, run by Jane Belshaw and Raphael Jay Adjani, providing a route map to deal with everyday stress, chronic pain, and the usual challenges of life.

What to expect

This is a course for any adult seeking to engage with pre-existing health conditions and stressful situations using relaxation techniques, mindfulness, art, movement and music.

No prior experience of meditation or movement is needed.

About the facilitators

Jane Belshaw and Raphael Adjani are two experienced teachers and practitioners drawing on over 30 years of practice in the creative arts, movement and meditation.

Their approach

Jane and Raphael’s approach to healing, wellbeing and recovery draws on the Japanese tradition of Kintsugi: broken pottery is repaired with lacquer mixed with powdered gold and the renewed object is considered to have its own beauty and richness. Kintsugi treats the fact that we ‘break’ as part of the weave of life rather than something to disguise.
