Mindful Sips: Meditation with Coffee or Tea


We’re bringing more mindfulness & well-being at Poplar Union.
Get away from the daily hustle and bustle and take a moment for yourself. Join our weekly Mindful Sip: Meditation class with a coffee or tea on Fridays starting 17th January at 10.30am.
We start with a 15-minute coffee and share, followed by a 45-minute meditation session from 10.45am.
