Restorative yoga provides healing for the body and mind. Deep and full stretching, holding poses for prolonged periods of time to really open and soften, helping you achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

The benefits

A great way to ground yourself and reset. Balance this gentle practise with more intense activities and the business of life to help you eliminate stress and calm your nervous system.

Suitable for all levels and bodies, no previous experience required. Please bring extra layers and or a blanket to keep you warm.

Ashley has been practicing yoga for 10+ years, discovering it while studying dance and choreography at Calarts in Valencia, CA. She now teaches Vinyasa Flow, Restorative yoga, and runs her own Yoga for Beginners course in East London. Her passion is creating a space where people can get in touch with their bodies, their breath, and feel a general sense of wellbeing.
