A community yoga class to promote a positive and supportive human connection, that can help foster healthy bodies and minds. Facilitated by professional yoga instructor, Melanie Kelay.

What to expect

Melanie combines group meditation with partner assisted stretching to bring an inclusive and fun approach to yoga; which cultivates positive human connection while developing and enhancing physical and mental wellbeing.
