Acro Yoga with Sarah Hall-Craggs – 30th Jan 2017

Join Sarah Hall-Craggs for beginners’ Acro Yoga. This exciting blend of acrobatics, yoga and healing arts promotes the connection between people through trust, movement and play.

This course will introduce you to the foundations of L-basing partner work, establishing good technique on which to build future practice.

At an introductory level, you’ll take on three roles (base, flyer and spotter) and learn to work as a team to keep the practice safe, allowing everyone to push their experience beyond their expected comfort zones and making what might seem impossible, possible.
